Previously having little demand for online shopping prior to Covid-19, we worked with Robinsons Retail to create a platform and optimize their digital processes, ways of working, and experience both on and offline. Natural disasters and calamities can bring about the need to digitally transform and innovate legacy businesses and products in order to provide for new and urgent needs of society.
Background
I worked with JG Summit’s Digital Transformation Office and GoCart throughout the project to gather research, conceptualize userflow and screens, form a design system, prototype, test and launch GoCart.

Achievement
Fulfilled several business and user needs gathered through data analytics, market research and user research by delivering concrete wireframes, mockups, prototypes and coordinating these with developers.
MyResponsibilities
My task was to work on multiple iterations of screens via prototyping, interviewing and usability testing with both our direct stakeholders and users. We created builds based on several layers of screen complexity to balance time needed and value.
